Ranks
Trainee: Anyone under the age of 13, or anyone who has not completed basic training. Trainees are taught much like the agents, but are not allowed to go on missions. Also, they are only taught basic subjects and martial arts.
Junior Agent: Anyone between the ages of 13 and 15 who has completed basic training. Junior Agents are allowed to go on regular missions, but not high-risk missions. They are allowed to take any subjects offered at the school. Their rank is symbolized by one star and one stripe on their wristbands. For every outstanding mission, they receive another star.
Senior Agent: Anyone between the ages of 16 and 18 who has completed basic training. Senior Agents are allowed to go on any missions. Their rank is symbolized by two stripes on their wristbands, plus the number of stars they earned as a Junior Agent. They receive one extra star for becoming a Senior Agent. For every high-risk or outstanding mission, they receive another star.
Agent: Anyone 19 or older who has gone through basic training, been a Junior Agent and a Senior Agent, and been on at least 5 missions.
Handlers: All Junior Agents are assigned a Senior Agent that takes them under their wing. These Senior Agents are called Handlers and take part responsibility for the actions of the Junior Agent. (ie, if the Junior Agent is assigned extra work for misbehaving, their Handler will be assigned extra work as well, though not as much.)
Teachers Someone who teaches classes to all age levels. When applying, please specify what class you would like to teach. Teachers are allowed to dish out punishments to agents (within reason) and go on missions.
Other info about ranks: If a fifteen-year-old (or older) is recruited, they must spend one year as a Junior Agent before becoming a Senior Agent. The same goes for anyone 18-year-old to 21-year- old. They must spend one year as a Junior Agent and one year as a Senior Agent before graduating to a full-time agent (ie no school, they can live off-campus, etc.). Anyone 21 or older goes through a different type of training entirely.
